Who handles the data

The data controller is me, Roberta Rullo, Italian VAT number 17916381001, based in Rome.

For anything concerning your data you can write to me at info@robyvocalcoach.com.

I have not appointed a data protection officer: I do not fall within the cases where Article 37 GDPR requires one.

This site collects nothing on its own

The site is made of static pages. There are no forms to fill in, I use no cookies of any kind, no analytics or traffic measurement tools, and I load no third-party content that could watch you while you browse. The fonts are hosted on the site itself and are not requested from external servers.

That is why you will not find a cookie banner: there are no cookies, and asking for consent that serves no purpose would only be one more annoyance.

Browsing data

Like any site reachable on the internet, the server hosting it automatically records some technical information: the IP address the request comes from, the date and time, the page requested, and basic details about the browser. This data exists to keep the site working and to protect it from abuse.

I do not use it to identify people, I do not cross-reference it with anything else, and I derive no statistics from it. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Article 6.1.f GDPR). It remains available for the period set by the hosting provider and is then deleted.

If you write to me

When you write to me I receive your email address, the name you choose to use, and everything you decide to tell me in the message: your experience, your goals, sometimes personal difficulties connected to your voice.

I use this only to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to organise the lessons. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR): you wrote to me, and to answer you I have to read what you sent.

I do not use your address to send you promotional messages, I do not sell it, and I do not pass it to anyone. I keep messages for as long as needed to manage our relationship and, once it ends, for the period in which they might be needed for tax obligations or to defend a legal claim. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Please do not send me health information unless it is genuinely needed to understand how to work on your voice. If you do send it, I use it only for that purpose and share it with no one.

Who else sees this data

Nobody, apart from the technical providers without which the site and the email would not work. They are appointed as data processors and may use the data only to provide me with their service:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the site and handles forwarding of email addressed to the domain.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — provides the mailbox where I receive and read messages.

Both are companies based in, or with a parent company in, the United States. Transfers of data to the United States take place on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses.

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise share the data with anyone else.

Automated decisions

There are none. I use no profiling and no automated decision-making: when you write, a person answers.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time what data I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to receive it in a format another service can read, or to object to the processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR).

Just write to info@robyvocalcoach.com. I reply within one month; if the request is complex I will tell you and explain why more time is needed.

If you believe I am handling your data improperly you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

If anything changes in how I handle data, I update this page and the date above. Previous versions are not kept online: if you need to know what it said before, ask me.
